  Tip Whalen heater into core
drilled sleeve - sweat supply
and return to unit above -
sheet rock to cabinet itself.
Plug in t-stat
Lay out baseboard, sweat numerous
tees and elbows run electrical service
to each transformer and t-stat. Install
covers, splice pieces and end caps.
Paint touch up usually required
after installation

  (1) 115/10 service to Whalen
factory installed J-box -
Thermostat factory wired with
plugs on cabinet and t-stat
Run 115/10 to transformer(s)
and t-stat(s) each zone
requires low voltage wiring
